PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for brazing most suitable for a lamination type heat exchanger, which is composed by alternately laminating a pair of bar material and a flat and square plate. SOLUTION: While the heat exchanger assembly 1 is rotated around a vertical shaft in a furnace, molten braze material is distributed to the peripheral portion by its centrifugal force so that each part is fixed by brazing integrally.
