WORK MECHANISM FOR OFFSET TYPE EXCAVATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work mechanism for an offset type excavator capable of increasing excavation depth without changing length of a boom determined in accordance with size of an offset type excavator body and miniaturizing attitude when a boom cylinder is elongated to the maximum extent. SOLUTION: A connection part 51 connecting a tip of the boom cylinder 16 by a connection pin 101 in the horizontal direction is provided at a tip of a first boom 50, and a rear end of a second boom 60 opposes to the connection part 51 to connect by a swing connection pin 80a in the vertical direction in order to constitute a first swing connection part 80. It is arranged at a position where an axis of the connection pin 101 of the boom cylinder 16 crosses an axis of the swing connection pin 80a substantially or in its vicinity. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
