PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide processing controlling equipment for exterior materials which can suitably and certainly deal with even the exterior materials having plural kinds of shape, and to provide a processing controlling method. SOLUTION: There is provided the cutting controlling equipment 10 for the exterior material, which, being one that controls the cutting of the exterior material when cutting it with a cutting machine, comprises: the allocation information working-up section 11a to create the allocation information for allotting the exterior material to a building based on the the drawing information required for preparing the blueprint of the building and the dimensions information of the exterior material before the cutting; the cutting information working-up section 11b to create the cutting information which enables the selection of the exterior material to be cut by the cutting machine based on the created allocation information and the profiles information of the exterior material; and the cutting information indicating section (not shown in the drawing) to express the created cutting information on a seal to be pasted on the exterior material.
