PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an electromagnetic rotating machine in size by shortening the length of a magnet in the axial direction, to stably take out power therefrom, and to achieve the cost reduction thereof. SOLUTION: The electromagnetic rotating machine comprises the cylindrical magnet 1, a first drive part composed of a first coil 3 and a first yoke 5, and a second drive part composed of a second coil 4 and a second yoke 6. Further, the machine is constituted by sequentially arranging the first drive part and the second drive part in the axial direction of the magnet in this order. A power transmission part 1a is integrally formed to the magnet between the first drive part and the second drive part in the axial direction of the magnet, and power is taken out of the power transmission part to an outside member that is transmitted with the power.
