PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve wear resistance and seizure resistance of a combination of a first member 5 coated by an amorphous hard carbon film and a ferrous second member 6. SOLUTION: The amorphous hard carbon film 1 is formed on a sliding face of the first member 5 with a surface roughness of Rz1 microns or less, and a surface roughness of a sliding face of the ferrous member 6 is Rz1 microns or less.
