PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent generation of damage caused by the influence of a toe angle given to a tire at the time of run-flat traveling. SOLUTION: A protrusion 32, which inclines in the circumferential direction around an axial center S and extends in a spiral shape, is formed on a supporting body 16 arranged inside a pneumatic tire 14 in a run-flat tire 10. An inclination angleθ<SB>I</SB>of the protrusion 32 is set corresponding to the direction and the size of the toe angle. Therefore, even if the run-flat tire 10 is given the toe angle of toe-in or toe-out at the time of run-flat traveling, the thrust load produced by the protrusion 32 is capable of canceling the lateral force caused by the rotation of the pneumatic tire 14, so that the pneumatic tire 14 slides against a rim 12 along the axial direction for run-flat traveling, thus preventing a tire side section 26 or the like of the pneumatic tire 14 from being damaged.
