PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a dielectric resonator of which the aggravation of no-load Q (Qu) of the dielectric resonator is prevented, the spurious characteristics are improved and the trouble due to air bubbles in the case of curing an adhesive is further eliminated, a filter, a duplexer, an oscillator and a communication equipument having the mounting structure. SOLUTION: The dielectric resonator 1 which resonates in a TE01δmode is adhered and fixed to a resin circuit board 2 on which line conductors 21a, 21b are formed to cover a through hole 20 formed on the circuit board 2 by using resin adhesive.
