PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in a pair of electronic switches opened / closed in an inverted state that may cause a high through-current resulting being damaged when a power supply and ground are directly connected due to the deviation in timing of opening / closing control. SOLUTION: The electronic switch control circuit for applying opening / closing control to at least one set of electronic switches 34, 39 and 36, 38 in pairs in an inverted state by control signalsΦ1,Φ2 obtained from a ring oscillator 42 wherein an odd number of inverters 43 are connected in series and an output of a tail end inverter 43u is connected to an input of a head inverter 43a, is characterized in that an AND outputΦ1 between outputs of the head inverter 43a and an inverter 43b after the inverter 43a and an AND outputΦ2 between outputs of an inverter 43c located before a middle position arranged in a ring form when viewed from the head inverter 43a and an inverter 43d after the inverter 43c are used for the control signals of the electronic switches in pairs.
