PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a label from carelessly being peeled off a container where the label is stuck, to improve the operability of intentional peeling, and to prevent the label stuck on the container from wrinkling. SOLUTION: A beltlike film 12 has a relatively thin and long rectangular blank space 20 formed in a forward offset state at the center part of an area 19 coated with an adhesive and also has a 1st weak-adhesion or non-adhesion area 16 of very small area formed at the front end part 2a of the label 2 when cut with a cutter or knife along a cutting line 13. The area of the 1st area 16 is made small to make adhesive strength of the label front end part 2 substantially uniform in the width direction W of the label 2. A 2nd rectangular weak-adhesion or non-adhesion area 18 at a label rear end part 2b, on the other hand, partially weakens the adhesive strength of the rear end part 2b. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
