PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerant recovering reusing method and a reusing device for securing a quality standard such as the composition of a refrigerant for reusing fleon being a pseudo-azeotropic refrigerant from the viewpoint of protecting an ozone layer and preventing global warming. SOLUTION: This device has a recovering pump 11 connected to a vessel 4 sealed with a recovering object refrigerant via a refrigerant recovering port 5, a cooling means 16 for liquefying this recovering refrigerant, a storage tank 17 for temporarily storing the liquefied refrigerant, a virgin refrigerant tank 21 for storing a virgin refrigerant and a refrigerant sealer 23 for sealing the refrigerant in a refrigerant sealing object product 25, and has a valve 20 arranged between the storage tank 17 and and the refrigerant sealer 23 and a valve 22 arranged between the virgin refrigerant tank 21 and the refrigerant sealer 23.
