Motor vehicle bus system (13) for connection of a multiplicity of sensors and actuators. In the area of the air intake to the combustion engine the bus system is directly or indirectly mechanically coupled to it. Direct couplings are made to components in the intake path, e.g. valve flap (2), turbo charger cooler (3) or air filter (4) where the combustion engine does not cause any great increase in heat and interfaces or sensor are connected directly to the bus.
