PURPOSE: A motorized front excavation system in an underground pipe is provided to execute an excavation work rapidly and to simplify the structure of equipment and to execute all works using one device without additional excavation device. CONSTITUTION: The motorized front excavation system(10) in an underground pipe comprises: a car body(11) composed of a square case(32) having the appointed thickness, a shift installed on the lower part of the base, and a movable plate(14) installed on the top of the frame movably; a rear body(31) composed of a body case(32) fixed to the backside of the movable plate(14), a pneumatic control block installed to the inside of the body case(32) and a controller; a front body(51) composed of a slide plate(16) installed on the front of the movable plate(14) to be slidable forward and backward, a rotary shaft fixed to the front of the slide plate(16) to be rotatable, a pneumatic motor installed to one side of the slide plate(16) to drive the rotary shaft, and a power transmission unit provided with many gears to transfer the rotary force of the pneumatic motor to the rotary shaft; an excavation head(71) installed to the front of the front body(51) rotatively; a supporter(41) installed on both sides and the front of the rear body(31) elastically and composed of three support cylinders(45) and a supporting plate(47); and a main cylinder(55) installed between the rear body(31) and the front body(51) to move the front body(51) forward and backward.
