<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simulation method of electric circuit using a level shifter model which can shorten the calculation time by computer and is further generally usable. <P>SOLUTION: When the control syntax of a voltage source E1 with control syntax is äIF(V(IN+)-V(IN-)>2.5, V(VFB)-V(VFS), 0)}, and the reference value of an input pulse signal is 2.5 V, a differential voltage of V(VFB)-V(VFS) is generated between output voltage terminals OUT+ and OUT- when the voltage difference between V(IN+) and -V(IN-) exceeds 2.5V, and voltage of 0V is generated when it is 2.5V or less. A level shift power source V1 for applying a DC level shift voltage to the output voltage from the power source E1 with control syntax and a floating bias power source V3 for generating a pulse are set on the output terminal side of the voltage source E1 with control syntax. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
