<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector 10 capable of surely guiding an FPC 50 or an FFC into a fitting port 18, narrowing pitches, and miniaturizing the connector 10. <P>SOLUTION: This connector 10 is fit to and released from the FPC 40 or the FFC, and equipped with the required number of contacts 14, 141 each having a contact part 22 coming in contact with the FPC 40 or the FFC, and a housing 12 having the fitting port 18 to which the contacts 14, 141 are held/fixed and into which the FPC 40 or the FFC is inserted. A recessed part 19 guiding the FPC 40 or the FFC to the fitting part 18 side is installed in the housing 12, and a connecting part 24 of a contact 141 is arranged so as not to project from the recessed part 19. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
