<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically set application of an attendance item requiring approval even when a worker does not perform the application, in an attendance management method and an attendance management system. <P>SOLUTION: The attendance management system determines existence of the application of the attendance item requiring the application by the worker based on a working state, and automatically performs the application when the application is required, and hence the application is automatically set when the application is performed by the worker. The processing of an attendance management server comprises a step of setting prior application information based on attendance item application information inputted from each worker terminal and storing it, a step of setting post application information based on the working state of each worker and storing it, a step of transmitting the stored attendance item application information to an enquiry request origin, and a step of storing the prior application information and/or post application information set for each worker. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
