PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a developer electrifying unit to uniformly electrify developer, a developing device, an image forming apparatus and a computer system. SOLUTION: In the developer electrifying unit which possesses a developer electrifying member to electrify the developer carried by a developer carrier and a supporting member to support the developer electrifying member and where the developer electrifying member and the supporting member are fixed by spot-welding, the supporting member possesses a first bent part, a supporting part and a second bent part formed by bending a rectangular member in a longitudinal direction, and the supporting part supports the developer electrifying member, and the bending direction of the first bent part is reverse to that of the second bent part, and the developer electrifying unit possesses a free length deciding member to decide the free length of the developer electrifying member.
