PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a guide for a surgery navigation and a radiation therapy by increasing a segment dividing capability of a multiplex energy imaging. SOLUTION: A data acquisition method includes a process of scanning an object (22) by using a multiplex energy computer type tomography method (MECT) system (10) to acquire data for forming an anatomical image, and a process of forming a first density image indicating a bone substance and a second density image indicating a soft tissue by resolving the acquired data. This method also includes a process of segmenting at least one of the first density image, and the second density image, and a process of the volume rendering of the second density image.
