SOLUTION: The building collapse preventive auxiliary structure is constituted so that the vertical surface of an L-shaped metal fitting is fixed to a column (a wall surface section) for the building, a sill and the continuous footing by using clamping tools such as screws and a peripheral foundation for fixing the horizontal plane (a base) of the metal fitting on the periphery of the building is installed on the metal fitting and the horizontal plane (the base) of the metal fitting is clamped and fixed by a clamping tool such as a screw or a fixture such as an anchor bolt.
