PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a comfortable toilet heater device capable of blowing hot air always with a constant heating value from the back of a human body regardless of the sitting position. SOLUTION: The toilet heater device consists of a blower for blowing air, a heater for heating air blown by the blower to make hot air, a ventilation duct disposed in the rear of a toilet seat, a distance detection means for measuring the distance from the ventilation duct to a user sitting on the toilet seat, and a control part for controlling the rotational frequency of the blower and the quantity of heat generation of the heater according to the output of the distance detection means.
