PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To record various imaging regions easily and accurately with a simple structure without being affected by the height and body type of a subject such as a patient. SOLUTION: A radiation image information record reading apparatus 10 is equipped with an imaging part 14 and a lifting and lowering part 12 supporting to lift and lower the imaging part 14. Side gripping parts 70 gripped by the patient at the time of imaging are provided on both side parts of the imaging part 14. The side gripping part 70 is equipped with a side part holding bar body 72 in an L shape from the side view of the imaging part 14 and has an intermediate holding bar body 74 in the middle of the bar body 72.
