PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partition panel capable of obtaining a high sound isolation effect and easy in construction. SOLUTION: The partition panel 1 is so constituted that two gypsum wall boards 2 and 2 are connected with at least two reinforced materials 3 and 3 used for a spacer, the gypsum wall boards are arranged in parallel at an interval as a hollow panel, and at the same time, a part 3a in the direction of the width of the reinforced material 3 is projected from one long side header 1a of the hollow panel, and that the reinforced materials 3 and 3 are arranged between the gypsum wall boards 2 and 2 so as to form a recess 4 to which one part in the direction of the width of the projected reinforced material existing in the other panel can be fitted in the other long side header 1b of the hollow panel.
