PURPOSE: A valve is provided to simply combine and separate the vale through a screw combination and to easily and quickly charge cold liquefied gas in a high pressure by installing an exclusive charging pin. CONSTITUTION: An installing portion(10) has an installing groove(14) having a through-hole by forming a spiral portion(12) in an inner circumference of an upper cap(120). A gas charging/discharging portion(50) comprises a valve body(20), a charging pin(30) and a discharging pipe(40). The valve body is screwed in the installing portion with a sealing member(16) by forming a spiral portion(22) in an outer circumference of a valve(1). The valve body is screwed with a fixing member(28) in a first sill(24a) of a passage(24) with a packing(26) by forming an installing slot(25) in the upper part of the passage. In the inserting slot, a sealing ring(35) is held by a spring(32) to be located in the bottom of the passage. A sealing ring(35) of the charging pin is combined thereon. The discharging pipe has an input/output passage(42) to be separated from the charging pin. A through-hole(44) is formed in the discharging pipe to be connected with the input/output passage by facing to the packing. The discharging pipe is supported by the bottom of an isolating flange(45) or a spring(46) through a second sill(24b) of the passage. A gas guiding pipe has a combining portion and an expanding portion. The combining portion has a wide upper part and a narrow lower part is formed in the end of the passage under the valve body. The expanding portion is expanded in the connected portion with the passage. The gas guiding pipe is installed by a combining member(60).
