<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilating device whose maintaining and cleaning can be easily and quickly carried out owing to easy disassembling/assembling of each part, and which is easy in exchanging a part. <P>SOLUTION: The device is comprised of a housing 1 of which a surface is fully opened, a duct connection port 7 for exhaust gas is detachably attached to one side and a duct connection port 8 for air supply to the opposite side surface respectably, a casing 3 for forming an air duct provided with a casing fixing plate 2 for choking the fully opened surface of the housing 1, a fan and a motor for driving the fan housed in the casing 3. The duct connection port 7 for exhaust gas and the duct connection port 8 for air supply are arranged so that each axis is misaligned. The casing fixing plate 2 is attached to the fully opened surface of the housing 1 with a thumbscrew.
