<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a patient prescribed with medicine at a hospital or the like to easily check the content of the prescription by means of an information terminal such as a cellphone. <P>SOLUTION: A user carries out a registration process for pre-registering user information including at least his or her mail address. When the registered user is to have medicine prepared by an affiliate pharmacy according to the prescription, the prescription information is input and sent to an IMS server. Thereafter, the prescription information is sent from the IMS server to the user's information terminal by email. To provide medicine duplication information, the duplication information is further pre-registered; when the prescription information is input, the database is searched for the user's previous prescription information to determine if there is duplication of medicine between the medicine information extracted and newly input prescription information; if there is duplication, this is reported to the user by the email. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
