<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing sparkling alcoholic liquor having a high fermentation property equivalent to that of beer, having malt feeling equivalent to that of Pilsener beer regardless of sparkling alcoholic liquor having low ratio of malt used and reduced in astringency by using a wheat raw material of unmilled wheat which is not ground without using a specific grinding facility or by using a wheat raw material of milled wheat ground by using an existing grinding facility for malt. <P>SOLUTION: This sparkling alcoholic liquor is produced by using malt and a subsidiary raw material of an amount larger than than that of the malt.
