<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-use communication terminal, and an information communication system using the communication terminal. <P>SOLUTION: The communication terminal has a function connected or mounted with an IC card or the like for ticket inspection processing by noncontact communication to receive information stored in the IC card or the like and automatically control the terminal at ticket inspection processing. For example, the remaining period of a season ticket or a prepaid balance is automatically displayed at a ticket inspection, and if the remaining period is short or the balance is small, the user is notified accordingly.
