<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively use recruitment information by requesting a minimum registration to a job applicant. <P>SOLUTION: This method comprises the step of registering, on receipt of a mail address and recruitment information retrieval condition from the terminal of a retrieval registration applicant as personal specific information and reporting destination information, the mail address and recruitment information retrieval condition in association to each other in a user information storage part without accepting other information which functions as personal specific information and reporting destination information; and the retrieval step of retrieving recruitment information according to the recruitment information retrieval condition registered in the user information storage part and transmitting the extracted recruitment information to the mail address corresponding to the recruitment information retrieval condition. Only the mail address is registered as the personal specific information and reporting destination information, whereby the psychological hurdle of the retrieval registration applicant (or job applicant) is lowered to promote the registration, and the retrieval step is executed, for example, periodically, whereby the recruitment information is effectively used. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
