<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein since a "permit", "airway bill" and "invoice" after customs clearance are sent as documents to a customer from a customs agent, a huge labor and time is required for a manual operation, any mistake happens, and costs are increased. <P>SOLUTION: The customs agent 20 prepares a "customs management master" equipped with customs site codes and a "customer management master" equipped with a customs fee in a prepared server 21. Then, the permission information "permission information data" of customs declaration prepared from the basic information of cargos shipped by a customer 10, the billing information "billing information data" of a commission charges calculated based on the permission information and airway bill information "AWB information data" prepared from the basic information are integrated into one, and added with header information such as an airway bill number, and distributed to a customer main box.
