<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a real estate company suffers from a large amount of expenses caused when its employee in charge has to spend a day or half a day to take a user to two or three houses for rent when the user wants to visit them to confirm at a time while the reduction of the expense is an important issue for the company. <P>SOLUTION: A house-renting system is for searching a house for rent by means of a portable terminal via the Internet. A computer of the real estate company has functions of receiving renting conditions from the user and displaying moving pictures representing the specifications, the inside of its room and its outside appearance and so on of the house which satisfies the conditions to introduce, and enables the user to confirm the house without the presence of the employee in charge of the real estate company when the user visited the house to confirm.
