PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-woven interior material that can adsorb and remove formaldehyde, other chemical substances and odor staying inside a vehicle or a room effectively by including certain amount of hygroscopic fiber for a fiber including the adsorption property, without losing the adsorption property particularly even if another fiber that does not have the adsorption property has to be added for other functions. SOLUTION: This interior material includes a 20-85 weight % of fiber having the property of adsorbing formaldehyde, where a fiber web including a 5-65 weight % of hygroscopic fiber and a 5-30 weight % of fiber with the thermal fusion property is subjected to a needle punch process to mixed with each other. A fiber having the adsorption property can be obtained by coating high polymer containing acetoacetyl group or a nitrogenous substance on a polyester fiber.
