PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a profound method of board games enabling anyone to easily perform attack and defence. SOLUTION: Twenty five squares (1a-1y) are systematically arranged on a face of a board (2). One or more gray sides (4) of four sides represent a role of defence, and one or more white sides (5) of four sides represent a role of attack, and five types of pieces are formed by combining those sides. Two players alternately place the five types of pieces next to the piece already placed one at a time so that the piece does not protrude from the face of the board. One player attacks the other player or defends against the attack by the other player corresponding to a combination of colors of the adjacent pieces. As a rule, before starting a game, a piece F (10) having four gray sides, which does not belong either player, is placed in one square on the face of the board, which is designated by each player.
