PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the reliability of a game machine mounted with a detection circuit inside the game machine. SOLUTION: The detection circuit inside the game machine includes a game activation detecting means for changing a game activation detecting signal from a non-significant condition to a significant condition based on satisfaction of game activation requirements, and an electromagnetic wave detecting means for changing an electromagnetic wave detecting signal from a non-significant condition to a significant condition when catching the electromagnetic wave. The game activation detecting signal is received from the game activation detecting means and the electromagnetic wave detecting signal is received from the electromagnetic wave detecting means. And the detection circuit includes a comparison/determination means for outputting a significant state game activation determining signal indicating the detection of the game activation when the game activation determining signal is in the significant state and the electromagnetic wave detecting signal is in the non-specific state, and for outputting the non-significant state game activation determining signal indicating the absence of the game activation when the game activation detecting signal is in the significant state and the electromagnetic wave detecting signal is in a significant state.
