PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interior material which is laminated at a low cost and has a light weight and excellent recyclability, wherein the material is prevented from being deformed at a high temperature and from hanging down by self-weight, and its skin material has a high bonding strength against a base material so as not to be separated at a high temperature, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The interior material is formed by laminating the skin material to one non-foaming layer of a foam laminated sheet, which has been laminated with a non-foaming layer constituted of a thermoplastic resin laminated on both sides of the non-foaming layer whose substrate is composed of a heat-resistant resin, via the thermoplastic resin, compatible with the non-foaming layer, such as a styrene resin or a styrene-butadiene copolymer or a carvone carboxyl modified styrene-butadiene copolymer.
