摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor for detecting a minute failure at an early stage. SOLUTION: This information processor comprises a counter circuit 18, a memory 15, a processing part 11 and a check circuit 19. The counter circuit 18 outputs a counter signal each time a signal is received from a clock by the prescribed number of times. The memory 15 stores an own-counter value corresponding to the number of counter signals. When the processing part 11 receives the counter signal from the counter circuit 18, the processing part 11 increases the own-counter value stored in the memory 15 by one, and when the processing part 11 receives an interruption signal due to a hardware fault, the processing part 11 records a device state in the memory 15, rejects a counter signal during the recording and transmits the own-counter value read from the memory 15 to the opponent device. The check circuit 19 stores in the memory 15 a reference value being a ratio of the opponent counter value being a counter value of the opponent device to the own-counter value in a normal communication state, and when the opponent counter value is received, the check circuit 19 calculates a counter ratio of the opponent counter value to the own-counter value to determine whether the counter ratio coincides with the reference value.
