PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving testing apparatus capable of accurately conforming phase synchronization of a rotary driving unit with that of an object driving apparatus to surely collide, with a high success rate, a projection object with specified one out of a plurality of objects rotated at high speed. SOLUTION: This apparatus is provided with a rotary device 12, a phase detecting means 14 for detecting rotational phase of a rotary shaft 11 to output a timing signal S1, the driving equipment 16 for projecting the projection object 4 in response to the timing signal, a target device 18 for outputting a collision signal S2 for collision of the projection object, a measurement controller 20 for recording the timing signal S1 and the collision signal S2, a light emitting element 22 for emitting light in response to the collision signal S2, and a quick imaging device 24 for imaging the light emitting element together with the rotary device.
