PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To combine, disassemble and assemble outer wall materials formed in a box shape in order to incinerate incineration object coming from a manufacturing plant or made of garbage and refuse. SOLUTION: This incinerator consists of the outer wall materials made of outer walls, heat insulating materials and refractory materials of which combination can be freely changed, a caster (refractory cement) made of the heat insulating materials and refractory materials constituting the outer wall material and directly connected to an outer wall, a caster fastening bolt penetrating from the caster to the outer wall and fastening a bolt, a tapered pin connecting the outer wall materials with each other and a seal packing for outer wall for filling a clearance between the outer walls when the outer wall material and the pin of the outer wall material are used.
