PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent pressure of a high pressure refrigerant from abnormally increasing just after starting a compressor. SOLUTION: A bypass passage 60 introduces the high pressure refrigerant before reducing pressure by an ejector 40 to the ejector 40 by bypassing a pressure control valve 50, and is arranged in a valve element 53. Thus, while preventing the pressure of the high pressure refrigerant from abnormally increasing just after starting the compressor 10, the function of the ejector 40, that is, the function as a pressure reducing means, the function as an energy recovering means and the function as a pump means can be exhibited. In its turn, since an excessive increase in consumption motive power of the compressor 10 is restrained just after starting the compressor 10 and an excessive increase in pressure in an evaporator 30 can be restrained before starting the compressor 10, a coefficient of performance can be prevented from being excessively deteriorated just after starting the compressor 10.
