PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide a device for heating either one of a bathroom and an adjacent room selected by a user; and to provide a heater easily changing to simultaneous heating of both rooms when necessary. SOLUTION: In this heater 1, a heater body 8 is rotatably arranged so as to radiate radiation heat from a heat source 5 to either one of the bathroom or the adjacent room. The heater body 1 is provided with the heat source 5 for generating the radiation heat in a through-hole arranged in a partition wall between the bathroom and the adjacent room and a reflecting plate 6 for reflecting the radiation heat from the heat source.
