PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a junction structure for retaining the traveling direction of a plunger and the axis center of a rod mounting a valve element in the same direction to perform the opening/closing operation of a cut-off valve smoothly. SOLUTION: The plunger 10 is installed inside a solenoid coil 16, one continuous rod 12 is passed through the center axis of the plunger 10 for fixing the plunger 10 and the rod 12 each other, the valve element 11 is mounted to one end of the rod 12, and the other end is set to be a rod for manual operation. The conventional connection rod for mounting the valve element and a pull rod for manual operation being joined to both the ends of the plunger separately are composed at one continuous rod 12 passing through the center axis of the plunger 10, thus eliminating bending and deformation being generated at the conventional screw junction section, preventing the rod from coming into contact with a peripheral member, and hence obtaining the smooth opening/closing operation of the valve element.
