PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linkage capable of improving durability by a simple structure, and a jaw crusher provided with the linkage. SOLUTION: In the tension linkage energizing a swing jaw toward a toggle plate side, a rotary shaft 364 of an attachment part 363 of the swing jaw 36 is inserted in an insertion hole 711 of a tension link 71 to connect them. At this point, a shaft radius r of the rotary shaft 36, and a hole radius R of a portion of the insertion hole 711 contacting the rotary shaft 364 are in a relationship of R=kr, and r≥1.2. Since the rotary shaft 364 rotates without slipping with respect to the insertion hole 711 when the attachment part 363 and the tension link 71 are relatively oscillated, their abrasion and heat generation can be reduced, and durability can be improved by a simple structure.
