SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ALARM SERVICE FOR OFFERING CUSTOMIZED SERVICE TO USER OF LOGISTICS SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A system and a method for an alarm service for offering a customized service to a user of a logistics system are provided to inform the user of the useful information through a desired time and service tool in a message format fit to the user by extracting the useful information from the logistics information. CONSTITUTION: A middleware(100) includes a receiver(101) receiving the messages in real-time, an unpacking part(102) separating/analyzing the message, and the first filter(103) extracting the event data based on a previously defined rule from the message, and transmits the extracted event data to an integrated event database(201). The integrated event data stores the extracted event data. A profile database(206) stores an alarm service rule defined by the user. The second filter(205) extracts the data fit to a condition by searching/comparing the alarm service rule with the rule of the event data stored in real-time. A reformatting part(204) reconfigures the data extracted from the second filter in the message format defined by the user, and transmits the message to the user.
