RECORD LAYER OF MAGNETO OPTICAL RECORD MEDIA HAVING SUB LAYER, AND ITS PRODUCING METHOD

PURPOSE: A record layer of a magneto optical record media and its producing method are provided to increase a coercive force of a record layer by inducing an exchange coupling effect between the record layer and an adjacent sub layer so that it enhances a stability of a magnetic domain and a record density. CONSTITUTION: The media comprises a base plate(300), the first dielectric layer(310), a regeneration layer(320), the second dielectric layer(330), a sub layer(340), a record layer(350) and the third dielectric layer(360). The sub layer(340) is made of transition metal alloy. The sub layer(340) increases a coercive force of a magnetic domain of a record layer(320), storing data, by inducing an exchange coupling effect between the two layers(340, 320).
