<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure an arrival sequence of messages in a message receipt system with cluster configuration. <P>SOLUTION: A computer operates a thread on every arrival of a message. In the thread, a following order number is read from a DB (S2), the message is stored in the DB (S3), it is determined whether it is duplicate registration or not (S4), and it is determined whether the following order number matches the order number of the message or not if duplicate registration is not carried out. If the numbers do not match each other, the thread is ended, and if the numbers match each other, the message is transmitted (S7). The following order number is increased by one in the DB (S9), it is determined whether there is a message having the following order number as a sequence number in the DB or not (S10). If there is no message of this kind, the thread is ended. If there is the message of this kind, reading of the message (S11), transmission of the message (S7), increment of the following order number (S9), and determination of presence/absence of the matching message (S10) are repeated until it is determined that there is no matching message in the S10.
