<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily, accurately, and stably provide projections for guiding a visually handicapped person on a walking face for a long time without relying on a block provided with the projections. <P>SOLUTION: This projection unit is provided with a pair of barlike support bodies 1, 1 and two projection forming bodies 2 or more whose one end part is a continuous contact part 21 with either of the pair of barlike support bodies 1, 1, whose other end part is a continuous contact part 21 with the other of the pair of barlike support bodies 1, 1, and which are provided between the pair of barlike support bodies 1 and 1 in a crossing manner. In the projection forming body 2, its rear surface is an adhesive face 22 brought into contact with and bonded on the walking face M by adhesive S.
