<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated ceramic electronic part which is capable of reducing its varistor voltage without increasing its electrostatic capacity and to provide its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: In the laminated ceramic electronic part, in a base 1 composed of ceramic material, a first internal electrode 2 and a second internal electrode 3 which are arranged confronting each other and keeping separate from each other at a prescribed space, and a first external electrode 6 and a second external electrode 7 which are provided to be electrically connected to the first internal electrode 2 and the second internal electrode 3, respectively. First projecting conductors 4 of conductive material and second projecting conductors 5 of conductive material are provided on the opposed internal electrodes 2 and 3. All the base 1 or at least a part of the base 1 near the projecting conductors 4 and 5 between the internal electrodes 2 and 3 is formed of varistor ceramic material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
