<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that an electrode shorts since solder goes to the other face side and that a connection failure occurs due to the reduction of an amount of solder in a connection part of inner leads when the inner leads are connected near an end face of a solar battery element. <P>SOLUTION: In a solar battery module, a surface electrode 2 where finger electrodes and bus bar electrodes are installed in a lattice shape is formed on a surface side of the semiconductor substrate 1 having a semiconductor joining part, a back electrode 3 is formed at a rear side of the semiconductor substrate 1, it is covered by solders 4 and 5 and the back electrode 3 and the adjacent surface electrode 2 of the solar battery element are connected by the inner leads 6 and 7. Ends of the back electrode 3 or the surface electrode 2 to which the inner leads 6 and 7 are connected, and the surface electrode 2 or the rear electrode 3 on an opposite side across the semiconductor substrate 1 or the solder at the ends are cut. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
