PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately manage a processing process of producing a part.

SOLUTION: A design information storage processing part 21 stores design information showing design drawings of parts and a possibility of design change in each part, and the like in a part master file 11 and the like. A design information provision processing part 22 outputs information on the possibility of design change in each part and usable dies, and the like in a confirmable manner. A process proposal information storage processing part 23 stores information about a plurality of kinds of process proposals, and the like in a machining process table 13. A process proposal information provision processing part 24 outputs the plurality of kinds of process proposals in a cost-comparable manner. A progress information storage processing part 25 stores information showing progress statuses of each part in a processing process in a progress status table 16. A progress information provision processing part 26 outputs the progress statuses of each part in the processing process in a confirmable manner.
