<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe removable device used for hanging an insulator for a power transmission line or other wide range of application. <P>SOLUTION: A mobile body 30 hung from a hanging means can be housed in an insert hole (21) provided at the lower part of an intermediate body 20 which can be raised or lowered relative to a housing body 12. A shaft 22 rotatably closely provided in the lower part insert hole of the intermediate body has a cut (22b) of a prescribed length, and takes a first rotational angle position to lock the mobile body so that it cannot rise/fall relative to the intermediate body and a second rotational angle position to allow the mobile body to rise/fall relative to the intermediate body. The housing body is provided with a cam groove 13 which engages with an index segment 23 which is integral with the shaft. When the intermediate body rises/falls along with the mobile body, the index segment engages with the cam groove so that the shaft rotates from the first rotational angle position to the second rotational angle position to lock/unlock the mobile body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
