<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric diaphragm pump capable of freely sucking cleaning fluid into a pump main body to discharge residue to the external for improving service life, and an electric razor provided with a treating agent delivery mechanism using that. <P>SOLUTION: In the pump main body 1, a pump chamber 11 to fluctuate its volume in accordance with deformation of a diaphragm plate 11 is provided, an intake passage 12 and a delivery passage 13 are provided to communicate the pump chamber 11 with the external of the pump main body 1, an intake side check valve 14 is provided in the intake passage 12, a delivery side check valve 15 is provided in the delivery passage 13, and an action fluid supply part 18 is communicated with an outer end part 12a of the intake passage 12 in this piezoelectric diaphragm pump. A cleaning fluid supply part 20 is communicated with the outer end part 12a of the intake passage 12. Volume fluctuation of the pump chamber 11 is set as a drive source for introducing cleaning fluid 51 from the cleaning fluid supply part 20 into the pump main body 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
