<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a port security system capable of reinforcing security in a port, and securing the safety. <P>SOLUTION: In this port security system equipped with monitor systems 9, 10, 21, 22, 23, 25, 26 and 27 and a port management system 2, the monitor systems 9, 10, 21, 22, 23, 25, 26, and 27 are set in a port 20, and made to monitor targets 6, 8, 30, A and B of monitor associated with the safety of the port 20. The monitor is executed by at least either measurement using measuring equipment or observation using observing equipment. Then, the monitor result is outputted. The monitor result is at least either the measurement result or the observation result.
